Tom has been a photographer for 20 years, photographing Weddings, Architecture, Travel, Commercial work, Public Relations, Landscape, Stock, Fine Art sales and Medical photography. All of which have been, and still are, a part of his professional career. Tom has worked with Fortune 500 companies, Universities, Watkins Glen International Race Track and has photographed celebrities from James Earl Jones to Sam Kinison to Tiger Woods. The Minolta Corporation has published his photographs in their Contact Sheet publication, which is distributed around the world.

Tom has attended the Maine Photographic Workshops in Rockport, Maine and studied under Brenton Hamilton. He has worked as a Cibachrome printer/technician. Cibachrome is a very specialized high-end museum quality printing method used to make beautiful, archival prints from color transparencies. Tom also holds a Bachelors Degree in Art Education and in 1999 graduated with Benjamin Scholar Honors from Elmira College in Elmira, NY. He has also taught photography at Tompkins Cortland Community College near Ithaca, NY and Horseheads High School in Horseheads, NY. He has been a judge of photography for the annual Scholastic Arts Awards.
